Level 3 Certificate in Barbering (19+years)
This course aims to provide learners with a specialised range of up to date Barbering techniques. The course provides hands-on practical sessions in the evenings, where students will be creating a range of popular advanced hair sty l es. We will push students creatively to think outside the box on how to combine different skills and techniques to produce a unique that is personal to you as a men's stylist. Students will use advanced clipper, fading and scissor techniques and will be taught to produce fantastic haircuts in an industry standard time through use of time saving techniques and better understanding of how to structure a haircut from start to finish. Students will also be taught cut-throat wet shaving, beard trimming services and the art of grooming facial hair, whether a full-grown beard of a full-face shave. Level 3 is ideal if you have a wide range of hairdressing or barbering experience for a minimum of 12 months, and you wish to develop your skills in this specialised area.

Entry Requirements
Applicants must be 19+We will invite you to a Meet the Tutor event where you will receive information, advice, and guidance about the course you have applied for. This will be an opportunity for you to gain valuable information about the course and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
3 x GCSE's at any grade including Maths and English and/or relevant vocational equivalent and have successfully completed a Level 2 qualification in Barbering.
