This creative textile painting course is designed to guide you through a wide range of techniques, tools and materials to create painted textile art, while providing a foundation for you to continue exploring and developing these methods independently.

  • Course Content


    Over five-weeks learners will explore colour, composition, and step-by-step fabric painting techniques, refining ideas through sampling and practical making. Throughout the course we will gradually build a strong personal collection of work with participants leaving with finished samples alongside detailed information about the techniques and processes used in each individual piece.

    You could join our Printmaking - Studio Session, where learners can use our facilities for their own projects.

    All materials and equipment are provided. Should you become more ambitious in the scale of your work we may ask for a contribution towards materials used.
