You need JavaScript enabled to view it.ACS gas safety training for operatives who are preparing to take the ACS CCN1 Domestic Core Gas Safety Assessments. The training will take three days and is designed to give operatives the opportunity to update their knowledge and inform them of regulatory changes that may have occurred since they sat their last assessment. It is also suitable for those operatives who are preparing for the initial CCN1 Core Gas Safety Assessment or CCN1 Core Gas Safety Reassessment.

Assessment Details
Day 1: Gas Safety Regulations - Unsafe Situations - Pressure Tests - Gas Rates - Combustion Analysis. Day 2: Inspection of Gas Installation Pipe Work - Tightness, Testing and Purging - Gas Safety Controls. Day 3: Pipe Sizing - Ventilation - Inspection and Testing of Open Flues and Room Sealed Flues. This course is a mixture of theoretical and practical training. Upon enrolement, operatives will investigate, discover and learn about the essential aspects associated with the safe delivery, control and use of natural gas in the domestic environment.
